Summary
When the Enterprise drops Bones off for a medical conference on historic space station Otatha, they don’t expect to be back for him before the end of the week. But instead of the exciting conference adventure Bones was expecting, he finds himself thrown headfirst into a historical mystery centred around a drowned woman whose ghost just won’t leave him alone. Jim and Spock are forced to return early to check on their CMO. Is Bones truly experiencing a deep space haunting, or is it all in his head? Even he isn’t entirely sure.
It was something out of the stories of his childhood. The tales told back home when he had been a little boy. Countless tales of hauntings, of restless spirits, women in white, all of this came flooding back to him now as he stared down a very real apparition. She was dressed in silvery pearl, her white hair cut at a length that blended into the shoulders of her dress. Her skin, illuminated under the glow from her clothes and hair, was a pale blue. An Andorian ghost, slowly making her way toward him from the end of the hall.

But governments were well aware that they existed, especially the U.S Government, which kept a top secret but carefully maintained list of all the individuals they were aware of.
When Pearl Harbor was attacked, the plan to use these people had already been meticulously planned, and it was put into action immediately.
