Summary
Mikasa and Eren are dating. Armin is jealous until he doesn't have to be.
„We don't need alone time, like as a couple, if you are trying to, like, give us space. We love being with you, together.“ Eren stammers out and waits for Armin to react.
He doesn't.
Armin honestly thought he was being subtle enough that Eren wouldn't notice he was avoiding them.
He looks over at Mikasa with her concerning gaze, her steady hold on Eren and realizes one important thing he forgot to put into the equation.
Eren is an idiot, but Mikasa isn't.
He internally thanks Eren for giving him a way out and says.
„Hah, okay. You're right. I was trying to...I know you don't get enough alone time together so I was just..“ He scratches his head and looks away.
Mikasa narrows his eyes but says nothing. Eren audibly releases his breath and smiles at him.
„Don't do that anymore, okay?“ Armin nods and starts to feel a little better when Eren just continues on. „It's not like we fuck during the day anyway so it's not a big deal. Except maybe at sleepovers. But then I would just have to try to be quiet.“ He winks and slurps down the rest of his coke still looking at Armin.

Summary
With a heavy sigh, he tugs the scarf free from his neck and returns it to its rightful place, draping it back around Mikasa. Her complaints are muted, her mouth temporarily hidden underneath the fabric until it settles comfortably over her neck and shoulders. Her cheeks turn rosy and she touches the scarf with only the tips of her fingers like it’s something incredibly fragile, like it hasn’t already been through hell and back a thousand times over. Eren scolds himself for the confusing blend of pride, possessiveness, and affection viciously clawing at his heart at the sight of her wearing his scarf again. She closes her eyes as she not-so-subtly inhales his scent.
He wants to kiss her, to show her how much he’ll miss her even when he’s dead. And what an odd thought that is, since he’s certain there isn’t going to be anything waiting for him when he shuts his eyes for the last time.

Well, now hes the Colossal Titan at the expense of Commander Erwin’s life. Big responsibility, big asset to the scouts and military. Big burden too.
But hes dealing with it just fine! He has to, everybody has their own problems and trauma, hes not the only one. Don’t push your burdens onto them, Armin.
