It didn't happen the way it was portrayed. Osiris was dead, and now Isis was on the run, hunted by the brother who swore to keep her secret and to keep her safe—all because she refused to be his queen!
Pregnant with Osiris's heir, Isis knew that the only way she could upset the rule of Seth and restore the integrity of the throne was to bring forth a contender. Seth had no intention of making it easy on her, acting like he was determined to end her life and that of her unborn child! Isis only had to hold out until Horus was old enough to stand against his uncle.
But the God Supreme was a hard one to refuse, and despite his many faults, even harder not to love, as the young Horus would come to discover.
