Summary
University is hard, but having friends makes it easier.
Or maybe even harder, given the circumstances.
Just a glimpse into the hellscape Atsushi loving refers to as "the server" without anymore context than that. Those who know, know, and those who don't, don't. It's just that simple.
(chatfic/regular fic hybrid. There is an actual plot I promise)

Summary
Dazai glared at the floor. Shattered glass littered the wood and he could barely see the outlines of it through his tired eyes. He forgot to tell Chuuya that he was going blind. He forgot to tell him a lot of things. Like how he could never quite blame him, how he could never really forgive him.
He was trying to look for acceptance in every person who despised him. He always was a helpless fool. He was stumbling through the darkness of life towards the only person who granted him light. Like a moth to a flame, he was drawn into the possibility of warmth only to find out that Chuuya was just as cold as the rest of the world.Or
Chuuya ghosts Dazai and a year later they are forced to meet back up after Dazai is diagnosed with stage four medulloblastoma (brain cancer). This is the story of the last few weeks of Dazai's life as they grow together through the heartbreak of grief and hope.Series

Summary
Nakahara Chuuya, a new addition to the Yokohama EMS, makes his first call as a student EMT for a suicide, except he never expected it to be someone his age with such a lifelessness in his eyes that if it weren't for the heart rate monitor, he would think he was dead.
After making this patient who overdosed on acetaminophen, he never forgets it. Yet, after so many shifts and patients, the memory becomes grainy in Chuuya's memory. He forgets of this boy, occasionally remembering bits and pieces of the call, but never quite his face or name.
Years later, he makes a call for an attempted suicide again, but he doesn't expect to meet the boy grown up now. The man looks different now, but he still hasn't found a reason to live. After making more calls for this suicidal maniac, Chuuya begins to learn more about the patient, and himself.***TW: major character death, suicide, attempted suicide, self-harm, overdose, hanging, drowning, hurt/comfort, angst, suicidal thoughts, sexual harassment***

Summary
“I would’ve gone with you, you know. If you’d asked me to.”
Chuuya glanced lazily over at the brunette, but Dazai’s eyes were closed, his breathing deep and even.
The shorter man let a quiet sigh flutter past his lips. Of course the bastard had fallen asleep again. He just didn’t appreciate good cinema.
Chuuya rolled his eyes as he reached for the TV remote to turn the movie off.
“I know.” A voice suddenly breathed into the heavy air, so soft Chuuya almost didn’t hear it over the steady thrum of TV static. His eyes snapped back to Dazai’s, which were open now and clouded over like the sky before a rainstorm. “I know. I just— I couldn’t, so I…” He trailed off again.
It wasn’t in Dazai’s nature to apologise but that was probably as close as Chuuya was gonna get. The worst part was that he understood it all already; he knew leaving the mafia had torn Dazai in two, but knowing didn’t make it hurt any less.
“Yeah, I know.”
