Summary
Kyle can’t remember the last time he wasn’t worried about something going right. Despite all his attempts throughout the last sixteen years to be a successful student, dutiful son, and respectable older brother, he’s faced with the hard truth that everyone has their limits. Overloaded from stress, his brain decides to take it upon itself and slow him down. That is, by occasionally making him think he’s nine years old again.
When push comes to shove, he chooses to confide in his best friend, the only person he hopes won’t call him crazy. Much to his surprise, Stan winds up wishing to play a much bigger role than simply a confidant.

Summary
Stan has secretly resented Randy for years now due to his emotionally abusive behavior. But after admitting his true hateful feelings during an angry outburst, he begins to panic. As fed up as he is with life at home, he doesn’t want his actions to make things harder on his mom, the person he wants to protect most.
Unsure of what to do, Stan seeks out his best friend Kyle, who’s been there time and time again for him. Which is something he can’t help but worry about as well, wondering if he’s trapped Kyle in a toxic give & take relationship of his own.
