Shouyou lowers his blatant stare and he gulps. A belt with a dozen pocket circles around the guy's waist, a walkie-talkie slung on his right hip and a long, thick baton on the left. But Shouyou's eyes focus more on an even thicker, huge part, bulging prominently on the center of his black pants fitted around strong thighs and legs.
This guy is unbelievably, unfairly hot and he should be the one who gets to be arrested because surely that's illegal.
Hinata is faced with two problems when he unwittingly gets himself in trouble while waiting for the train: 1) The security guard is a huge jerk; 2) He's also hot as hell and Hinata is thirsty

“I’m dropping this off for Dr. Kageyama!” Hinata proclaimed, placing the bento on the counter. The man looked at him skeptically, slowly sliding the wrapped package towards himself.
“Kageyama Tobio?” The other man at the front desk asked dubiously. “I mean, we’ll give it to him,” Shallot-head started slowly. “But I can’t promise he’s gonna want it…”
Dr. Kageyama Tobio is a major grouch who’s bad with people. It’s no wonder no one in the whole building believes he’s married to sunshine incarnate.

“Hmmm?”
Hinata lets his hands drop away from his face and raises himself up on his elbows slightly so that he can squint down the bed at him. “How many flavours have you made?”
“Err… six.”
Hinata stares at him wordlessly before letting his aching head drop back onto the pillow. “You thought I’d eat six bowls of soup?” he asks the ceiling, voice rough and bewildered.
Tobio frowns, slightly offended. Of course he didn’t think that Hinata would eat six bowls of soup, he isn’t an idiot. “I wanted to be thorough,” he pouts, scowling down at his medley of soup. Admittedly the kitchen now looked like a bomb had hit it and he’s not entirely certain about the cauliflower one, but he’s fairly sure that they’re all edible.

Summary
Hinata sends Kageyama good morning and good night texts, he tells Kageyama stories about his roommate, his job, and about volleyball. Always volleyball. It never gets annoying, or overwhelming, or boring. In fact, it doesn’t do enough to soothe the ache of missing his best friend.
Hinata also sends pictures. So many pictures. Too many pictures.
The pictures are usually silly and cute, (like Hinata, his brain supplies unhelpfully), snapshots of his sunny days in Rio. But between the pictures of sunsets on the beach and funny road signs and new recipes Hinata is trying out, he sends pictures of himself.
The problem is: Kageyama likes the pictures a little too much.
Or: Hinata gets unbearably hot during his years in Brazil, and it makes Kageyama open his stupid lust-addled mouth to say all the wrong things. The way Hinata responds, he wonders - hopes - that they're actually all the right things.
