Izuku has a problem. He can’t remember anything before the age of 5, now for some it would be normal. But you’d still have memories here and there, but for Izuku he doesn’t remember a thing. Only instincts he’d learnt from things he can’t remember.
He’s been living with the Bakugous since the age of 9, before that he was in foster care. No good families took him in so when he had enough and left his last family, Mitski took him in so she could feel as though she was doing a good thing. Katsuki never liked it though.
Over the years he became more and more spiteful due to Izuku living with him. But in the second year of middle school it ended. Izuku was thrown out by Katsuki. He tried to go back, he really did! But they wouldn’t open the door and they left his things outside the next day.
But then after that…
Four years. Four years of a load of messed up events and stupid choices. He’ll regret taking that vigilante's offer, But then again, if he didn’t, he would have killed himself sooner.

Hisashi Midoriya was dead.
All Izuku was left with was a phone and a necklace. Inko couldn't handle the reminder of Hisashi. Couldn't handle Hisashi's memory being a quirkless kid.
Bakugo is a prick who didn't deserve the love Izuku gave him when they were friends so Izuku turns to Present Mics radio station. Tries to become a hero in anyway he can. A symbol of hope.
Hizashi Yamada would happily take him though along with Aizawa Shouta and of course their cats.Or
Izuku calls Hizashi's radio station enough for the hero to have adoption papers ready on his fridge kept up by a green magnet.

Summary
There is a vigilante on the streets of Musutafu, who's capture numbers are putting nearly every hero in Japan to shame. No one can ever find them, much less bring them in, and the list of their possible quirks is a mile long. Their name is Lucky Kitten, a failed attempt by the police to shame them into stopping.
Eraserhead is Detective Tsukauchi's last resort to try and bring Lucky Kitten in, every other trustworthy underground hero having already tried and failed. Eraser, however, doesn't feel particularily motivated to actually try and catch someone who's doing so much good, illegal or not. Apparently treating Lucky as a cowoker is enough to bring them out of the shadows, and he gets to know the person behind the mask, but he can never quite shake the creeping feeling that Lucky isn't as old as they've been assuming.
Midoriya Izuku became a vigilante at five years old, when he started throwing bricks at villains, or hitting them with a heavy backpack. His mother never notices, and wouldn't care enough to stop him if she did. He grows up saving people, and as soon as he's able, he'll start doing it legally. The world needs a quirkless hero.

It’s not that he had anything against the new kid, no he actually thought it would be cool to have a brother- it would just make it harder to sneak out, and well- he wasn’t sure they could get along. What could the other boy have in common with Hitoshi? Having a “villainous” quirk? Being given up for adoption because of said quirk? Being a vigilante in secret? Or maybe he just likes cats?

Hitoshi has been unknowingly to his guardian doing vigilante work for years, but now that Shota adopts another kid, his chances of being found out rise. On top of trying to find a way to sneak out he also has to get along with the quirkless boy, how can he do that if they don't share any interests? Or at least that's what he thinks.
