Summary
Hand on the doorknob, Ford took as deep a breath as he could when his ribs were trying to strangle him. He flung the door open, yelling "HAVE YOU COME TO STEAL MY EYES?!" and brandishing his crossbow.
A strange silhouette—bulky, a strangely round and fluffy-looking head, and about Ford's height. He stumbled a bit, and they lurched forward, and Ford's quick trigger finger sure did come in handy, didn't it?
But no, no, no, that was—"Stanford?"—Stanley's voice, strained and surprised. And… that wasn't an oddly shaped head, it was a jacket hood.
"Stanley!" he cried out, the name torn from his chest, leaving more painfully than his heart would have. He rushed forward, steadying his brother, but there was a damp spot and a barbed arrow and the nearest open hospital was a forty-five minute walk and Ford didn't have a working car.
or, when Stan arrives in Gravity Falls, Ford is a bit more terrified and a bit less lucid, and shoots his brother square in the chest.

He doesn’t know what he expected when he got here—a phone call, some scrap of familiarity—but instead, there’s only that dark, uninviting door, barely visible against the relentless white. His fingers tremble slightly as he shifts his grip, the leather cold and unforgiving against his skin. The silence feels alive, pressing against him, whispering to him that he could just turn the key, drive away, leave it all behind.

So, after that, Fiddleford found himself bouncing around the room and talking to the other guests throughout the evening. Emma-May had been the funniest and most intelligent of the bunch, and once they had struck up a conversation, Fiddleford realized he didn't wish to socialize with anyone else. Even once dinner had been served, they were practically yelling across the table about their shared love of J.R.R. Tolkien and bonding over growing up in the South.
After that, they fell into an easy friendship. Brunch on shared days off and parties on the weekends and having each other's backs at all the queer events they would attend.
In the end, it simply made sense. He was tired of his family asking when he was going to settle down now that he was finished with school for good and she was tired of her entire paycheck going directly to her father.

Summary
“And why should I-” Ford begins to say, anger building ever hotter, before somehow Stanley manages to shock Ford once again. Stan reaches behind him and pushes a kid forward from where he’d apparently been hiding just out of sight.
A kid.
A child, really.
A kid who looks a little familiar. Something about the shape of his nose. It reminds Ford of his mom, in a way. And the hair reminds him of his dad. And Stanely has this kid. That is with him. Right now. On Ford’s porch in Gravity Falls.
“Stanley,” Ford says, in a rush that screams he should’ve finished drinking his coffee before answering the door, “You have-”oOo
Ford's research is interrupted by his estranged brother showing up on his doorstep with a kid who claims to be time traveller. Meanwhile in the present, Stan and Mabel try to figure out how to get Dipper back to the right time. There will be secrets revealed, old wounds readdressed, and above it all a one-eyed demon watches with interest.

Thrown out of the house before he even turned eighteen, things are not looking good for Stan. His mother can't change his father's mind and who knew if Ford ever planned on speaking to him again. He can't expect a miracle from them. But maybe it's not home or the streets. Maybe there's one last hope for still having a family. Thank goodness for older brothers.

Summary
Ford and her roommate didn't usually take breaks. They studied more often than not, and most of their conversations revolved around scientific theory or whatever project they were currently working on. It was hard for Ford not to overwork herself, but she could never say no when Fidds asked her to relax and sit down while gazing at her with those dark blue eyes and that lazy smile she wore so well.
That was the only way Ford would have ever found herself sitting on their dorm room carpet with a tiny nail polish brush in between her fingers, her best friend offering up her hand like she'd give her everything if the brunette only asked.
Or; Ford and Fidds paint each other's nails.

Summary
Despite what the movies and books would tell you, being a werewolf didn't mean you only transformed during the full moon.
Actually, despite what any rational person would think and tell you, being a werewolf was, in Stanley's humble opinion, very useful at times.
The only small, tiny, little downside was the full moon.
Control over when and how he transforms? Nope. Control over his own body while transformed? Nuh-uh. Recollection of anything he did while transformed? Oh, how he wishes for that one.
All in all, Stanley hates the full moons. The not knowing, the lack of control and the disorientation after the fact is unbearable.
And worst of all it gets him in situations like this...
Caged, chained and muzzled in some random nerd cabin in Nowhere, Oregon.
Wait... he knows that voice.
Oh no.
Or:
Werewolf!Stan is, much like a lot of other weird and strange things, bound by the Natural Law of Weirdness Magnetism around Gravity Falls.

Stan’s next shout feels more like a scream, desperate and frightened and tearing his throat on the way out: “Ford, please! Come on! Stanford, you can’t do this to me, not again—Stanford!”
Something slams into him, and he hits the deck hard. His first instinct is, naturally, to punch—but he doesn’t get that far. As soon as he tries to scramble back to his feet, a knee wedges itself into his back and two hands seize tightly on his shoulders and press him down. A low, dangerous growl reverberates around him, and he freezes. Shit. Shit.
...are there werewolves this far out on the ocean?
But when he cranes to see over his shoulder, he does not see a werewolf. Instead, he sees—
