Let’s say bazillionaire number 3 has inexplicably decided to not have any guards. What if Scorpia was like: let’s make him think he’s about to be killed so he’ll hire us as security. So they set up a deliberately sloppy kill job that fails. Maybe there’s a spider in his coffee cup or something?
