Satoru is just about dozing off an hour later thinking of how nice it is that their apartment is right by this little small business mochi and boba shop. He can't wait to try.
Then all of a sudden he hears a sound coming from Suguru's direction. Is he okay? He figures it's just him murmuring in his sleep and tries to doze off when he hears it again. And it's louder...
Satoru’s heart stops and he tenses when he hears Suguru let out a soft whimper and slightly bucks his hips up. Wait. This can't be… Is this… Is the Suguru Geto… having a wet dream. Satoru can't help but let out a small silent laugh at the concept of his best friend having a wet dream with him in the bed but it quickly dies down when he hears a low drawn out whine come from Suguru's lips.
Or, Satoru and Suguru have been best friends since high school. When Suguru has a wet dream with Satoru in his bed, they start seeing each other in a different light. A horny light.

At the age of seven, after the deaths of their mother and father respectively, Satoru and Suguru became brothers. Suguru was everything Satoru wasn’t: so incredibly brave, clever and righteous. Where Satoru had cowered before his father all his life, Suguru was the first to stand up to him, courageously protecting his brother despite his shaking voice.
Oh, Satoru couldn’t be any happier to have a brother.

“What did I say the last time I saw you, Suguru?” and there’s a playful edge to Toji's voice.
“Don’t get into cars with strange men,” Suguru recites, “Though I’m not sure if you’re a stranger anymore, are you?” Suguru’s got an uncharacteristic sort of boldness. It’s not that he’s shy usually, it’s just that he feels like putting on a different sort of air.
Toji laughs as he starts the car, and it lurches forward, noisy engine vibrating through the whole body. Suguru leans back in the seat, resists the urge to look at him until he fails.
“Aren’t I? What do you know about me except my name?” he teases with a sharp grin.
In which Suguru thinks about adding some spice in his life by throwing himself at a much older man. Is this a good idea? No, but it's something to do.
