“I love watching you in this place,” Hyunjin says randomly, hot tub water bubbling around him. The light from under the water illuminates the lower half of his face. Droplets cling to his skin, now golden from their days under the sun, save from the highest points of his limbs–his shoulders, his nose, which are a sunkissed pink. It’s dark out, and they are sheltered from curious eyes by the dense flora around their villa.
Jisung can’t help but giggle, his hair plastered to his forehead. His mouth is barely over the surface of the water. “What do you mean?”
“Like,” Hyunjin gestures vaguely. “All the trees and flowers, and you’re just in the middle of it all.” He crosses his arms over the pool ledge and rests his chin on them. “So pretty. I want to sit you in a chair on the balcony and paint you.”
Or, alternatively, Hyunjin and Jisung go on vacation and are very loudly, very obviously, in love with each other.
