Peter takes a deep breath, sensing this conversation is going to change everything from here on out.
“I have a kid, Frank.”
Frank scowls at him, nothing angry, Peter has come to realize, but he’s perpetually annoyed at approximately everything.
“Fuck you mean you have a kid, you’re a kid!”
Peter rolls his eyes with a grumble.
“I’m 25.”
At that moment a small girl appears from behind Peter, no older than six years as she hides behind her father’s baggy cargo pants, a stuffed animal in one arm as the other hand points at Frank.
“He’s scary…”
Any other moment, Peter would chuckle at the comment, but there’s this ghastly, disbelieving expression on Frank’s face that makes any laughter die in his throat.

Devastating and an interesting concept that’s executed really well. Dick was groomed by Thalia, takes Damian and runs for their lives, ultimately ends up back in Gotham and tries to scrape back a life for them. No capes. Need to read the final chapter when it comes out.
