Summary
Something shameful twists in Sherlock's gut, more pleasantly than he’d like to admit. Staring into James’s eyes from such close proximity felt like staring into the mouth of a double barrel gun and the adrenaline equally intense. Multiple emotions coursed through his bloodstream and made themselves known on the blush in his face: anxiety, tension, confusion…affection, admiration, excitement.
