Miracle Zeppelin Winchester was a goddamn stalker!
It was bad enough when his dog was trying to get the attention of every passer-by that walked under Dean’s apartment balcony, but now he had developed this weird obsession with the man who lived in the building opposite.
His best friend Charlie was no help. She got a kick out of the whole thing and even went as far as filming his dogs “pining” for TikTok. Now the entire internet knows about his canine peeping-tom, including the man who holds Miracles' affections. Dean just wanted the earth to swallow him whole.
Thankfully, his neighbour didn’t seem to be mad about the whole thing; in fact, Castiel took it all in his stride. And after the chance run-in at the beach (pun very much intended!) Dean was starting to think that maybe posting that TikTok wasn’t such a bad thing after all.

Summary
2014, Camp Chitaqua. Upon meeting the past version of Dean sent by Zachariah, Castiel knows only one thing for certain:
Very soon, he's going to die.
So he decides he might as well go out with a bang and enjoy one last night on Earth with this more innocent, less cynical Dean.
What he doesn't expect is for a single night of desperate passion to leave him pregnant, carrying a child who ends up saving both his and Dean's lives.
2015, Lebanon, Kansas. Castiel, Dean and Sam have been carrying on with "saving people, hunting things" along with dodging one apocalypse after another for years. While hunkered down in the bunker recovering from Rowena's mad dog spell, Cas is surprised to have another Dean, along with a heavily pregnant version of himself, come stumbling through a fiery rift and into their lives.

Summary
Losing Cas to the Empty felt like Dean was losing a piece of himself. I love you, Cas had said; and then he was gone before Dean got the chance to tell Cas how he felt. But Cas might have taken more than just Dean’s heart when the Empty ripped him away. Cas is gone, and so is Dean’s voice. Traumatic mutism: according to Sam and Eileen, Dean had been through a traumatic experience losing Cas and now he was mute. So, Eileen taught Dean sign language, and Sam bought notebooks for Dean to write out his thoughts. But Dean never stopped aching for Cas; praying to him every day and searching for a way to bring Cas home. When Dean finds a way into Empty, it’s a fight like he’s never fought before. Scream, Dean, scream, the Empty taunts. But Dean can’t stop until he’s rescued Cas, kissed his angel breathless, and told Cas the truth about how he feels—voice or no voice.

This fic is a retelling of first half of S9 from Cas's POV (via Cas's journal). Lots of Cas angst/loneliness and a correspondingly equal volume of Dean guilt. Sick fic, hurt/comfort, journal fic, and a Christmas fic too.
NO SLASH but the entire thing features a strong Cas/Dean friendship.

After Sam and Dean are arrested, Castiel is left alone and scrambling to find them. He knows they’re locked away in a government facility, and he’s still able to hear their prayers, but no matter how he tries Castiel can’t seem to track them. He chases leads and even attempts to hunt on his own, but Mary is AWOL, Crowley refuses to help, and Castiel’s options are running out.
Weeks pass, Castiel’s hope dwindles, and through it all Dean prays, keeping them connected. His voice is comforting, frustrating, and occasionally annoying, but in his solitude Castiel comes to cherish it. But then one day, without warning, Dean stops praying, and Castiel is forced to confront some uncomfortable truths about his feelings.

What might help with that stress is a little phone number (and a big credit card bill). If he can't figure out how to be bisexual in person, he can at least give it a go over the phone, right?

Dean doesn't know why or really even how it’s happening, but it’s getting harder and harder to remember that he has divorce papers to file.
