Yet, she caught her arm. Mafuyu’s eyes grew a bit wide with surprise, and she looked back. Shizuku met her gaze.
“…That’s…not a thing many are so comfortable with saying,” she replied.
“It doesn’t bother me,” Mafuyu replied, smiling politely. The more Shizuku stared at her, all of her expressions seemed so…manufactured. Ingenuine.
“…You must tell me more about yourself.”
