Volo doesn’t remember how long he’s been alive. Forgetting keeps him sane, even if it saddens him he can’t remember the friends that became Spiritomb’s wisps. One day, chasing echoes of memories leads him to an old friend.
Volo has never reencountered a friend from his past. He’s going to make however little time with Ingo, and thus Emmet and Elesa, count. Afterall, he knows it won’t last.
Or, Volo befriends Ingo and Emmet before Ingo is sent to Hisui.
