Summary
Ten years ago, a foreign army commander, Frieza Cold, successfully overthrew Saiya’s monarchy and installed a faux federal government with himself as president. Ripe with corruption and violence, the general populace is left in a worse state than they’d been under the monarchy, and with the recent re-election of President Frieza, his rule appears indefinite. Now, Bulma Briefs and Prince Vegeta, the leaders of two rival revolutionary movements are plotting to be agents of change. Amid their schemes to recruit citizens to fight for their respective causes, they find themselves coming together in a way they least expected.
