Summary
When the Aedyran envoy accidentally inhales the spores of an explosive mushroom, she develops a condition that sends her into an insatiable heat. Her companion — Kai — does his best to help, even if that assistance turns out to be more ‘hands-on’ than either of them expected.
Of course, not everything they feel can be blamed on the spores. As the night goes on, Stell and Kai begin to realize that their friendship goes far, far deeper than either of them have ever dared to hope.

Galadriel enlists the aid of rakish thief Halbrand to steal the piece before the truth of its origin can be revealed. But Halbrand has his own reasons for wanting the Venus.
