Summary

Summary
Alternate Storyline Post-End of AtLA: 2 years after the defeat of Fire Lord Ozai and Princess Azula, the Gaang have settled into new versions of their lives. Zuko has avoided taking on the mantle of Fire Lord, with Iroh serving as regent, leaving Zuko time to help his country rebuild--and for him to try to build goodwill with the other nations. As his coronation as Fire Lord approaches, Zuko makes a surprise announcement: he will hold a formal Consort Selection, with two candidates from each of the nations, to choose his future Fire Lady. When Katara is asked by her tribe to go as one of their representatives, the two will confront long-buried feelings and new challenges that will have consequences for them, their friends and family, and their nations for years.
