It takes a long time to recover from the shock enough to answer, but eventually he croaks out, “It is different, yes. Kissing is uncommon in mink society, but we are aware the practice exists.”
He receives an imp’s grin, along with, “Uncommon, huh? But not unheard of.”
Pedro coughs again, but this time at the direction of the conversation, rather than surprise. He licks his lips and whiskers. “A matter of physical differences, you see. It is not a standard cultural practice, mainly due to the variety of our mouths.”
