Summary
Crowley's eyes were met by a pair of leather shoes, then trailed up a pair of white perfectly pressed clothes fitted with golden buttons. Around his neck was not a goofy bowtie, but a golden necktie. White wings stretched from his back, enormous in their wingspan. He could recognize those white curls anywhere, the roundness of his face and the sharpness of his nose. The back of his head glowed, casting a pale golden light around his entire figure, like a halo. The worst part was his eyes. Those soft, starry eyes he had spent gazing into for centuries, halfway between a soft blue and a mottled green. They were now a pale, distant purple, and they gazed at him with a cold, detached expression, like he was a piece of trash he had picked up off of his shoe.
“…Aziraphale?"
Aziraphale goes off to heaven, and Crowley is NOT sulking about it. When he gets an ominous message, he rushes back to heaven to find an archangel who does not remember anything of their thousands of years of history, armageddon, or failed desperate kisses. Now Crowley must babysit a grumpy amnesiac archangel for the second time (along with Muriel) and try to find a way to get Aziraphale's memories back before Heaven and Hell jump on their backs.

Summary
Fifteen years have passed since Aziraphale returned to Heaven, and still sometimes Crowley feels shell shocked and embarrassed and grief-stricken. And mostly, he still feels numb. Fifteen years isn’t really so long, in the grand scheme of things, and yet these have somehow been the longest years of his existence. He can almost feel time crawling by, laughing at him.
But slowly, so slowly, Crowley began to try again. To try harder. To find a piece of himself that Aziraphale had not touched. To find a piece of himself that does not need changing.
On his good days, he can open up. His friends come over to the flat, once in a while, and Maggie brings new records and Muriel brings burnt cookies that no-one complains about because they're so proud of them. They'll exchange stories and simply enjoy each other's company for a few hours.
And sometimes, he feels almost alright.
Until Crowley turns around and Aziraphale is there, standing in front of him, trying to stop the world from ending all over again.

Summary
It wasn’t as if she hadn’t – known. Not quite so clearly, of course. They had been careful, in all the time she’d known them, skirting around the issue of just what they were to each other. But there was a familiarity between them, an ease of touch and comfort that they hadn’t managed to hide. Nor could any amount of care mask the fear in their eyes when the other was in danger, or the way they pressed close together afterwards. They’d never given her the words for it, but anyone would have wondered.
So – yes, she had suspected. Assumed, even. The thought had sat in the back of her mind, a quiet certainty that she had never examined too closely. She was worldly enough to know it was there – and to know that these things usually went unspoken. They were happy, and they had been very kind. What business was it of hers, if they were a little too close for propriety?
This, though… This was different. A more intimate scene than she had ever been privy to before, shrouded in closeness by the comfort sewn through their idle poses.
Victoria walks in on a quiet moment between the Doctor and Jamie, but finds that she's not quite ready to face all her feelings.

He had only caught a brief glimpse of the room beyond the doorway, but he had seen enough to know that it would be a sea of light and glitter and colours, suffocated by too-strong perfumes and the fake, tittering conversations of those too rich and powerful to realise there was a war on. All too easy to drown, in a place like that. But if he could hold onto the Doctor, then maybe they could keep each other afloat.
An intergalactic war. A ballroom for the rich and famous. Ben and Polly, aboard a spaceship trapped in a time bubble, with the enemy bearing down on them. The Doctor and Jamie, on a mission to find out if they're safe, playing out a masquerade that hits a little too close to home.

But if the Tardis is so tricky, and humans aren’t psychic enough to register, isn’t that a little like only opening your eyes when you’re standing in a dark room anyway?”Humans may be social creatures but Time Lords are telepathic ones, and being on the run from his own people has left the Doctor in a rather isolated psychic state. Retiring to the Tardis library after their latest adventure, he inadvertently tells Jamie about his telepathic abilities, and despite his attempts to make light of it, Jamie's curiosity is not so easily satisfied. The Doctor's worried about scaring him off, but Jamie has decided he wants to play a more active role in understanding.

He hadn’t meant to say it like that, he knew the words were all wrong (he would never find the right ones). But the pain was coming at him in every direction and something, something had to give, and so he clung to Crowley like a life preserver.
Crowley bent his body over Aziraphale’s and slowly, surely, pressed a kiss to his bloodied forehead.
“I can’t,” he whispered, and Aziraphale went unconscious.(Aziraphale falls, post season 2)
