"Julian chuckled and offered Aziraphale a tray of petit-fours. The angel took one eagerly and put it in his mouth. The moan he made sounded almost obscene, causing heat to rise to Crowley’s face.
”Ah, what I’d give to enjoy the magnifique Paris with someone like you, mademoiselle Fell”, Chef Julian said with a dopey grin, eyes fixed on Aziraphale’s mouth. ”Your company would make everything all the more enchanting. You’re sweeter than a macaron, and prettier than the sunset sur la Seine! And you clearly have an appreciation for… pleasure”, he added with a lowered voice, leaning a bit closer.
Crowley let out a low, vibrating hiss. Both Aziraphale and Julian turned to look at him, as if only just remembering his presence."

Summary
”Come here, Mr Snake”, he called sweetly. Crowley slithered to him obediently, wanting this whole ordeal to be over already. ”He won’t hurt us, dear”, Nanny Fell said, and without hesitation, stroked the snake’s head.
Crowley’s serpentine body instantly relaxed into a puddle of black scales. His head involuntarily tilted toward the angel’s hand, seeking out the warmth of his skin.

Warlock is scared of the big, black snake in the garden. Aziraphale convinces Crowley to prove the snake is harmless.

Crowley could only stare in utter dismay. This child was truly, deeply, irrevocably, evil. Not only had he done something that Crowley had never in his wildest, most voracious dreams, dared to do, now he was offering him an ultimate temptation, in the form of an innocent-looking, angelic diary.
”I’m not gonna look inside”, Crowley repeated through gritted teeth, talking more to himself than Warlock.
