Summary
Rey is just getting up and around for the day when there’s someone in her apt who looks just like her neighbor, the art student asshole who lives down the hall from her. This new man is dressed all in black, has a scar running down his face, and looks at her like he’s just seen heaven. Nevermind the glowing red sword in his hand.
Kylo Ren, Supreme Leader of the First Order, lost his Rey, and in his grief ripped a hole in the universe, one that might allow him a second chance. Faced with the chance to have Rey back, he’s fully committed to whatever it takes to bring her around and restore balance to his world.

She twisted on the bed, bending as much as the restraints would let her, ignoring the pain of her still healing side and tuning out the steady, irritating beep of the medbay equipment. Her focus was on the clear line running down to the connection to her vein. The medics had come again, added the drugs to IV bag without any acknowledgement of her before leaving. It’s effects were already starting to be felt. Soon it would sweep her away into an unfocused daze.
If she let it.
Catching the line on the guardrail of the bed, she twisted her arm against the restraint, pulling the line taut, biting her lip against the pain of the catheter twisting in her vein. With a slow, steady pull, she felt the needle of the line slip out of the catheter, just enough that the drip would run off and not into her body. The line was close enough that she could use the force to push it back in when they came to check on her, or when the bag was empty and the worry about the drugs were no longer a threat.

The accusation echoes around them, her voice shrill with equal parts fury and horror.
He grabs her blade with his bare hand, thickened with callouses from years of fighting, and pulls the rest of the weapon away from her grasp. Drops of his blood fall to the ground from the new wound on his palm, but if he feels any pain from the cut, he does not say anything.
"I am your husband."
After years of war end in a call for an armistice, an arranged marriage is proposed to maintain the new and fragile peace between two kingdoms.
