Katsuki drove me to the doctor’s office. He wouldn’t let me go alone, even if I promised I’d tell him everything after.
The doctor says it’s not anemia, so Katsuki is free to stop yelling about my iron intake.
It is something that’s going to need a lot of vitamins anyways, though.

“Who did this to you?” Katsuki says, firmer, when Shouto just tries to sniffle more quietly. He doesn’t—he doesn’t want to be a burden. He doesn’t want to be like this. Weak and pathetic and ravenous for affection. For someone to hold him, because he’s tired of trying to stand on his own.
“Katsuki,” he says pitifully. He hears it. He hates it. The raw neediness in his voice, how ready to crumble at the slightest touch he feels. “Katsuki, I’m—it’s really cold.”
And in a blink, Bakugou Katsuki, the same person who stress-vacuums on the regular and threatened to kick Shouto out for eating cake on the couch when they first moved in together, drops his grocery bags carelessly to the floor, and wraps himself around Shouto’s trembling body like the world’s most comforting, bulkiest octopus.
“It’s okay,” he whispers, pressing a kiss to the top of Shouto’s head. “I’m here, baby.”
And—
Oh.

Ochako laughs. “Sure,” she says. “Still cute, though.”
Shouto grips his fork too tightly. “Why are other people touching my boyfriend?”
“Ooh,” says Ochako delightedly. “He’s your boyfriend now?"
Shouto huffs. “He’s always been my boyfriend. I’ve had his dick in my mouth enough times to be sure.”

Summary
Sometimes, Katsuki thinks he just doesn’t know how to want things the normal way. Whatever the fuck that is. That way in which he doesn’t—in which he doesn’t shape himself around the want, doesn’t let it twist inside his veins like poison, like an antidote. The way that means all this could be easy. Simple.
There is no easy way, though. Their lives are all so tangled, so irrevocably intertwined that he can’t make sense of it. Doesn’t know where his own will fits into it, but there are things (things like the sight of Todoroki’s faint smile, his stupid fucking smile, goddamnit) that make him want so terribly it couldn’t be anything but his own.
So.
In a moment of unspeakable weakness, he tells Deku.
He knows it, deep in his bones, that that is the only reason why he’s currently stuck inside a locked room with Todoroki.
Or: It's been a while, and Katsuki still hasn't done anything about the way Todoroki makes him feel.

They’ve got a good thing going here.
Katsuki moved in with Shouto right out of high school, they’re both killing it as heroes, and most importantly, they’ve got this roommate thing down to a science.
It’s not that Katsuki can’t stand being without him, but maybe things are just better when Shouto’s around, and they’re good together, like all decent roommates should be.
So on the rare occasion that he’s gone, it’s pretty fucking awful, and now it looks like Katsuki might be approaching a future where Shouto doesn’t want to be here at all, and it’s Katsuki’s own fault.
If only he knew what he did to piss him off like this.
