Summary
It's been two years since Ingo disappeared without a trace, the only clues a handful of personal effects and the six pokeballs left on his bed. Living through the aftermath, Emmet would say that he was functional. Not thriving, not utterly derailed, but functionally numb.
And then a call comes through.
Emmet glanced to the call log’s far side, where an icon showed that there had been a voicemail left after the fact; with unfeeling fingertips, he tapped it.
For the first time in two years, his brother’s voice filled the apartment.

Summary
Ingo had been trying to find an understanding with Litwick ever since catching her, but it's proven to be easier said than done. He didn't expect them to become best friends overnight, but it felt like they hadn't made any progress at all, and for every day they spent stalled, their scheduled outset grew that much closer. The longer it went on, the more it seemed that she'd be happier anywhere else...
Litwick didn't want a trainer. Any trainer. If someone lived up to her lofty standards, then she might graciously accept their input, but they had to recognize that she was her own Pokemon first and foremost. The problem was, some kid had gone and captured her-- and she was still sort of bitter about it.
(This is a fic based on Critterbitter's recent comic series!)

Like her strange relationship with the most amazing girl in class, the eerie troubles plaguing her best friend, and whatever the hell is going on between her glasses and the old TV that she's becoming dangerously fond of. In the end, it might all be far more interconnected than she expected.
