My entry for the 2022 Inklings Challenge. Team Tolkien. Time Travel. It is a very short story – I had originally intended (or expected) to write a much longer one, but I think it is the lenght it ought to be. Though to be honest, I shouldn't be surprised if A. D. and his Kaimech (and Dakkar!) will make another appearance, in a different, longer story. I hope you will like it. I do, actually.
