Summary
Dazai has never allowed himself to get his ass handed to him this badly. In fact, he would almost seem unnaturally put-together after each mission— with minimal injuries, no dirt, little sweat since he doesn’t exert any physical effort unless his suicidal fantasies depended on it.
Which made sense: He hated pain, thus avoided any relation to it.
At least Chuuya thought so.
Now he is faced with the ever-baffling dilemma of Dazai seeking pain. And beyond that, seeking it to protect Chuuya from it.
Did he land in the wrong universe?
OR: Dazai has a tendency to get captured as part of the plan, and this time, when he decides to rope Chuuya into it, things go a little off-kilter.

Kunikida is a firm believer in the right way to do things.
The world isn’t black and white, but it is easier to view certain things that way. The things he has meticulously written down in his notebook are the correct way of things. The easier way of things.
