Right on time, Amane walks through the door of the cafe, bouquet of flowers in hand. Kou lights up, smiling wide. He doesn’t know exactly why such a reaction is prompted from seeing the delivery boy, but Kou shoves that to the far corner of his mind in favor of focusing on the boy in front of him.
“Good afternoon, Amane!” Kou says, greeting him with a wave. Amane smiles back, a bit more confidence radiating off of him than last time. Kou’s glad. “What can I do for you?”
Amane approaches the counter, this time handing Kou the flowers directly. Kou still wonders just why the boy is going out of his way to deliver flowers to him. Flowers that he hasn’t even paid for. Someone has to pay for them, he realizes. Is it Amane? He hopes so.

Or: Florist Amane delivers Baker Kou flowers every Thursday afternoon, and Kou finds himself falling deeper and deeper with each beautiful bouquet.

“No problem. Come again!” Lumine says as the guy walks out into the rain. He watches him go before realizing he didn't have an umbrella. He quickly grabs his own from under the counter and rushes outside down the block where he can see the boy walking ahead.
“Hey! Wait!” He yells over the sound of thundering rain. The boy stops and turns around, his black hood slipping off his head. Lumine rushes over and pops his umbrella open before placing it over the boy's head. He looks up at the umbrella and back to Lumine in confusion.
“J-Just so the flowers don't get wet…” Lumine stutters out.
“Oh. Thank you again.”
aka !! aiden gets into a coma, and kody wants to get flowers for him while hes in the hospital, and just so happens to visit the flower shop lumine works at. he ends up learning about flowers, and a bit about lumine too.

There's a feeling that sits in Lumine's stomach whenever Kody smiles.
And it's a really nice feeling. He feels warm, and bubbly and- and so many other things he just can't describe!
So when he sees Kody all bummed out, he remembers the time he had watched Kody bake. He remembered the smile on his face, the way he'd stick his tongue out a bit as he piped the frosting onto the cookies, the sparkles in his eyes when Lumine told him they were delicious-
He remembered it all
And so, he decides he'll make Kody smile again.

It had been a few days since Kody and Lumine’s argument about joining the weredog fighting arena. They hadn’t really spoken about it since then, partly because Kody was still mad at him, but also because Kody had gone right back to avoiding everyone and holing up in their bedroom.
Lumine wanted to help Kody, he knew this had something to do with Aiden and Sherry and just… everything they’ve been through. The thing is, he wasn’t sure how to approach this. The last time he tried to help him, they found themselves at a bloody fighting arena and ended up in a lot of trouble with Sera, so the odds weren’t really in his favour. You’d be a fool to think that’d stop Lumine though.
