Summary

“Haymitch!” Effie called out after she realized where he was going with this.
What did his survival have to do with that boy?
“What sponsors love most is a thrilling twist in the Games. Something that captivates them and isn’t just about death. And what better twist than this? A champion trained since childhood, with a volunteer from a peripheral district,” Haymitch continued.
Now it was Teresa who frowned.
“Are you suggesting that Thomas and that boy…?” But Haymitch didn’t let her finish.
