Summary
“Welcome to Mc —” the worker started as he turned toward them, just for everyone to freeze.
Amon could swear the breath was knocked out of him as he found himself face to face with Eyepatch, the ghoul wearing his usual battle suit, but with a McDonald’s apron and hat slapped over it. There was no way.
“... McDonald’s,” Eyepatch finished as his one visible eye crinkled in what had to be a smile. Amon had to be hallucinating. “May I take your order?”
Amon, Akira, Hide, and Seidou get stranded in a small town when their GPS runs out of power. Their solution? Find a power outlet in the nearest, and only open, store. What they hadn't expected was to run into an SS rated ghoul behind the McDonald's counter. Maybe it really was time to learn how to read a road map.

Summary
Amon had never known Jason to take human prisoners, but as he was dragged into a checkered room with only a chair and a battered boy bound to it, he soon found himself as an exception. Kaneki wasn't well, his mind broken under Jason's relentless torture, but beneath it all, Amon couldn't help but admire him. It was his quiet strength and selflessness which Jason weaponized against Kaneki.
Yet when faced with the reality of what Kaneki was, Amon couldn't help but question everything he believed in. Ghouls didn't cry and they didn't take pain in the place of others.
There was something different about Kaneki. Something Amon had to find out for himself.
