Summary
Edgeworth and Phoenix chase a murderer out of an active crime scene into a developing blizzard and have to deal with the consequences of impulse. Snowed into the abandoned cabin where they take refuge, Edgeworth struggles to escape his own thoughts and come to terms with what is pressed up against his frigid skin.

“Zoro,” Sanji called out, his voice dry and croaking. Zoro had been standing some ways off on the beach with arms folded, and had started half-jogging once Usopp started yelling, likely assuming it to be his usual exaggeration, but after hearing Sanji’s voice he was bounding across the beach, kicking sand behind him in great bursts. ... Sanji’s head lolled on his shoulders enough to catch the closest expression Zoro had ever made to fear. Ooh, he must really look like a wreck. This was the right choice.
Usopp and Brook were speaking over each other in hysterics and Zoro was reaching out to help shoulder some of Sanji’s dead weight - Sanji took a deep, shaky breath and summoned the last of his strength to drag his arm from around Brook’s shoulder and throw it around Zoro’s instead, collapsing against his chest. All four men fell silent.
“Zoro- please-” Sanji rasped, and he saw Zoro’s good eye widen, his lips barely parted- “I need you, Zoro.”
And he gripped both sides of his head to drag him into the sloppiest kiss of his life before promptly blacking out.- Language:

Zoro can’t believe he's here, getting wasted with the greatest swordsman the world has ever known. So far.
They're several bottles in, and Zoro has taken up residence on the barstool next to him, matching him glass for glass, feeling the watery frills of that red shirt brush against his bare forearm every time he moves. The room has started gently spinning, the booze is strong, but the other man is watching him with something like grudging respect every time he finishes another glass of the stuff, so it's worth it.
This is great. He's going to get such a good grade in Dracule Mihawk.
So why can't he stop thinking about the damn cook?
Our intrepid crew finally reach Loguetown, where adventure - and danger - awaits them.
A fic in which Zoro is moping, Sanji is trying not to fall so hard he hurts himself, and Dracule Mihawk is the world's least willing relationship counsellor.

Sanji made a scoffing sound. “You can’t just decide that, asshole,” he said, tying off the thread. He trailed his fingertips over the jagged seam, checking for any imperfections. “You can’t cheat death.”
“We’ll see.”
To Sanji, Zoro is an enigma. An infuriating one, but one he is drawn to nonetheless. For as much self-assurance Zoro appears to have, Sanji has about as much self-doubt. If he can just understand what goes on inside that mossy head of his, maybe he can figure a few things out about himself as well.
Discovering that there might be something other than rivalry brewing between them, is something Sanji isn't quite prepared for.

There is a moment, every show, where Eiji watches Ash prepare to perform. He assumed that he'd have to relax to go out on stage, but Ash does the opposite: lifts his shoulders, hardens his gaze, sets his jaw. When the crowd roars, and Ash Lynx walks out, a grin on his face, he is not the same Ash Lynx that Shorter teases about eating undercooked cup noodles in the bus because he's not patient enough to wait for them to cook. He is not the boy that asked Eiji quietly to turn his camera flash off, or the boy that pulls Skip onto his shoulders to walk from the bus to soundcheck.
On stage, he becomes someone unrecognisable. Someone untouchable. Despite what the audience thinks, throwing themselves at the barriers and screaming that they love him.
Eiji stands behind Ash in the wings, watching the last few moments that he stands, still, before slipping out of himself and into someone else. He looks to the floor, and cradles the back of his neck with his own hands, fingers wrapped in the ends of his hair.
Raising his camera, Eiji looks through the lens and takes a photo.
