“You smell nice,” Chan says, taking another exaggerated sniff. Felix can’t really imagine how he’d smell nice, after a day out dancing followed by a restaurant visit. Felix pulls his sleeve to his face to see what Chan is talking about. He gets a nose full of smokey, meaty, fried cotton, under it lingers the scent of Chan’s detergent. “I smell like barbecue.”
“Yeah, like I said,” He buries his nose in Felix’s shoulder. “Nice.”

Hyunjin and his friends run a quaint flower shop. Nothing exciting ever happens and their customers are (usually) pleasant. When a young man comes barging in asking for a $230 arrangement, not even blinking at the price, their curiosity is piqued.
Over the next few visits from Han Jisung, the flower shop gang learn more about the eccentric man - all about his husband and how disgustingly in love they are. Every visit was the same - Jisung coming in and ordering flowers with a bright grin and a shine of adoration in his eyes.
When Jisung comes in, eyes red and face blotchy, they instantly know something is wrong. Something is horrifically wrong.
