Summary
"Your Harrowing is tomorrow, isn't it?"
"Hm? Oh, that thing? I suppose it is." She cannot muster the energy to be as concerned about this as everyone wants her to be, even as the chantry maiden's fingertips clench gently around her skin.
"Are you truly so unbothered?" A scoff of indignation. "You could die, you know?"
"Either I fail and I die in the Fade or I succeed and spend the rest of my life locked away in a tower. Somehow both outcomes sound wholly unappealing to me."
--------
"Duncan's gone."
The way his voice trembles around those words makes her heart ache something fierce. She knows. She knows this agony. The agony of losing a loved one. And she knows there's nothing she can do to ease the pain. Nothing she can say that erases the loss. All she can do is stand beside him.
"The king... the Grey Wardens... they're all gone..."
All she can do is stand beside him as the world falls apart and hope the two of them will be enough to put it back together.
"I'm so sorry, Alistair. We'll get through this, somehow. I promise."

Summary
Skies, he's so fucking good like this, all hitchy, breathy, panting whines, fixated on the pleasure she's giving him. His mind occupied with nothing but her and this moment where he is unequivocally loved and cherished and fucked the way he ought to be.
"Pretty boy." She swallows up the way his body blushes at the words, how he squirms against her, flustered but begging for her to keep saying it. "My gorgeous, gorgeous boy. So good for me like this. Taking me so well."
"Sc-Scylla -" her name mewls out of his throat between strokes, between her relentless and unending praise, clutching her tighter and tighter the higher his release climbs. "F-Fuck… c-close… I'm so close."

Summary
Scylla Diander, Hero of Ferelden, Warden-Commander and once an advisor to the Independent Circle of Ferelden, attends the Conclave and leaves with a bitter, twisting feeling in her gut when the peace talks end in a stalemate. Compromise unwilling on either side.
It is on that same day, as she storms away from the halls of Andraste's Temple, that an old friend appears in her path. Leliana asks her to be the Inquisitior.
Her? The Inquisitor? How could she refuse?
And then something happens that shifts the tide of her trajectory.
-----
It is in the halls of Skyhold that Leliana, with her pained face and white knuckles, hands a document stamped with the seal of the Inquisition to Avery Nylund, Champion of Kirkwall and leader of the mage rebellion.
A document, penned in Scylla's own handwriting, that asks for Avery to take on the mantle of Inquisitor should the Calling take her before the goals of the Inquisition are brought to fruition.
Them...? The Inquisitior?
There's no room for them to refuse. Not now.
-----
Or, the tale of two mages, two dear friends - two Inquisitors.

Summary
Scylla had gotten used to Sten's sudden and direct proclamations over the months she'd spent with the qunari. She'd gotten even more used to rolling her eyes and ignoring his more judgemental statements but this one - this one gave her pause.
"Your lust is a distraction."
His eyes trailed her body, his stern, darkened gaze looking her up and down, curving over her hips, her breasts, lingering on her neck, the heat in his expression pulsing and almost tangible enough to touch and burn her fingers on.
"It is a distraction we cannot afford in our current mission. Come to me in one hour. I will see you sated."

Summary
Avery never could forget the screams. The blood spattered on the walls. Nor the templars that turned them away at the gates, locked them in and left them to die. They remember the chill of Lake Calenhad as them and four other mages plummeted into the water below. How their bones ached as they swam the length of it, the terror that gripped their heart as Claire, swollen with child, had clung to them weak and terrified.
When they made it to the other side they ran. Fought through droves of darkspawn, of hunger and exhaustion until at last they reached the boats north of Denerim that would take them to Kirkwall.
Now, all these months later, whilst adapting to life in the Free Marches, word comes to them that the blight is over.
But Avery's story is just beginning.

Or, the story of an enchanter that escaped Klinoch Hold during Uldred's uprising who not only lived to tell the tale, but would become the Champion of Kirkwall and leader of the mage rebellion.

Summary
After a devastating loss for her clan, Ashawyn Lavellan swore she'd never lead another team...but fate has a funny way of making us break those promises.
~~
“No one blames you, da’len,” she said gently. “You saved far more lives than you lost.”
“I’m sure that’s a great consolation to their families,” Ash muttered under her breath.
“Your father always carried that responsibility on his shoulders as well. I watched it eat away at him for years. I do not wish to see the same burden weigh you down.”
“I’m not weighed down, Deshanna,” she sighed. “It’s just safer this way. You named me head scout. Trust my judgement.”
“It is as you say,” she conceded.
Ash finished stuffing the last few potion bottles into her bag before pulling her cowl up over her head.
“I’ll send a report back as soon as I’m able.” She stopped and placed a hand on the Keeper’s shoulder.
“Halam’shivanas,” Deshanna said softly, placing her hand over Ash’s. “Dareth shiral, Ashawyn.”
“Halam’shivanas,” she responded in the same low tone before disappearing into the night.

Summary
She froze at the mention of Moonrise. It was their first solid lead since the nautiloid crashed, but the news filled Tav with dread. She knew all too well the evil that besieged that land. Without thinking, she stepped close to Halsin, leaning in so only he could hear her. She reached up and grabbed his arm, trying to keep her balance.
“You’re sure that’s where we need to go?” she asked quietly, in Elvish. “That is no easy task.”
His expression softened and he gave her a knowing look in response.“You know of this place?” He lowered his voice to match hers, as smooth as his voice was before, it was nothing compared to hearing him speak their native tongue.
“Unfortunately, yes. I would not go back there unless I had no other choice.” Tav’s hand was starting to shake slightly against his arm, but he placed his other hand over hers to steady it. His hands were lightly calloused but warm and comforting. She felt the blushing feeling returning to her face.
“It will be dangerous, but it can be done. And perhaps, we can see the light there again.” he whispered back. His voice was hopeful, but his face was a mask of pain.

Summary
This started a little bit as a joke, but now the dark urge is living in Stardew valley and that probably won't go well. This is not a cute or fluffy fic, please be warned!
"Sometimes there is a painful urge inside you when you stare at your new friends, at their bright laughter and brighter smiles. An urge to tear them open, peel their skin from their bones, see what makes them tick. See if their blood smells as sweet as their sweat. You swallow this down because you do not know where it comes from, this brutality. And it worries you. Concerns you. This life is so peaceful. These people are so nice."
