Much shorter than I would like but this lovely writing is basically Basil caning (or is it canning??) Dorian. Mostly it was my attempt at a different prose, but I thought it was decent enough to post. I wrote this during math class. I almost failed that class and at the end of it, I gave him a copy of The Secret History.
