But lady luck played her hand for him and by chance and fortune or perhaps misfortune to what's attached:
Fox happens to find himself in once welcoming company and one he never thought he could consider as such.

Summary
Fox McCloud is the type of person that stands by his decisions, even when they're objectively bad. And Wolf O'Donnell is the type of person that's been knocked down too many times to want to get back up again. After years of a bitter rivalry and close brushes with death, both men find themselves at the lowest of their lows. Fate sees them cross paths once more and thrusts them into an unsteady cooperation that lets them see each other in a new light entirely.

After a bad breakup with Fox, Krystal quits Star Fox and joins Star Wolf. She ends up kidnapping a nobleman's daughter to impress Wolf, but all she gets is Star Fox on her tail. Fox follows her, but ends up finding Wolf first. Then he starts learning new things about his ex-rival, and – most importantly – about himself. Fox/Wolf, Fay/Miyu. (Updates very slowly!)

Summary
After the Aparoid war, Wolf enjoys the limelight while Fox crawls into a bottle to cope with being dumped for the first time. One day, Wolf comes to Fox with worrying news: reports of a secret weapons program from somewhere in an unexplored sector of the Lylat system. Drone fighters—ones bearing a striking resemblance to the flying styles of Fox and Wolf—have begun appearing on the fringes of Sargasso space. Each time one is shot down, a newer model with more organic flight patterns appears not long after. It's up to Fox and Wolf investigate, and potentially eliminate, this new threat, and maybe even learn a thing or two about each other along the way.
Only labelled Explicit because there's going to be a little bit of smut later, but not a lot. This is more of a worldbuilding piece for me, because with little to no backstory for most characters, I get to paint whatever landscape I want.

Summary
Something wasn't quite right in the system. A shaky peace had fallen over the Lylat system, but Fox knew that one thing could send it crashing to the ground. A mission will change his life, whether he wants it to or not. It's up to Fox to make the decision on if it's for better or for worse. Will everything be lost, or will this be a chance to rebuild? Time will tell, as they've learned again and again.
Note on trigger warning tags: It isn't an intention to try to trigger them, but I feel it necessary to make them known as they aren't bits that can simply be skipped over. I will do my best to not dive into them deep enough to hurt anyone, but they are integral parts to the whole.

Summary
A year has passed since Star Fox had defeated and stopped the Aparoid invasion with their Queen. Despite Corneria being restored, an illness has been discovered from the Aparoids’ wastes. An unknown scientist has made appearance to be in charge for a cure which could lead into future troubles.
Fox McCloud learned about an ancient and extinct hybrid breed from Macbeth. Being in constant reminder of said civilization and getting closer to Wolf O’Donnell, Fox notices the common traits of the crossbreed creatures from his partner, revealing the lupine’s true identity.
Upcoming struggles landed to threaten the Lylat System once again. It’s time for both rival teams of mercenaries to cooperate in order to save the world from its mysterious enemy.

Summary
After months of the same recurring nightmare, Wolf's true feelings for Fox are dragged out and forced into the open when a mission goes wrong, and the two canines are stuck on Fortuna together with no way of being found, and no way of getting off the dinosaur infested planet. Hopefully, Wolf will be able to keep up the act for as long as needed. Rivalry can only be used as a cover up for so long, after all.

I decided that Fox’s birthday is February 21st, which is the day that the first Star Fox game was released. Here’s a small fic pertaining to this topic. I know this is very belated based on the date I gave myself, but I thought this would be a fun idea.
There will be two versions to this story, a SFW and a NSFW.
