“Hello there.”
Vader whipped his head around to where the voice came from and did not scream. He just made a small noise of acknowledgment, like a sensible person would have done. Standing behind his seat was Kenobi, looking just how Vader remembered him from a couple of hours ago.

Summary
Being curled up wasn’t comfortable, especially on the wooden planks of his house’s front steps, but he didn’t care. He wouldn’t be able to sleep anyway, and it was nice in an achy and cold kind of way. It made him feel insanely aware of his muscles and his skin, of his whole existence in general.
Something wet pressed against his hand, which was hovering above his bare feet. He flinched back, eyes snapping open and head snapping up, a lump in his throat making it hard for him to breathe. He shuffled back a little, prepared to lash out, kick his feet, at whatever was in front of him if necessary.
And the wet sensation touched his hand again.
His eyes adjusted to the darkness, and he saw it. It was a dog; a black dog, with short sleek fur and grey around its muzzle. It had long legs, floppy ears, and a green collar around its neck.
Steve had never seen this dog before in his life.

Summary
Her straight, black hair is getting lightly dusted by the snow that only now started to fall, her brown eyes are shimmering dark pools of contradictions, and she stands with her hands in the pockets of her pants. Her stance is casual, seemingly unaffected by everything that she has just witnessed, has just done. Like she hasn’t just stabbed somebody moments earlier.
“Louve!” I gasp out, the only word that I can even think of saying at that moment. It just repeats over and over it my head; Louve, Louve, Louve. I can hardly believe what has happened, I did not think that Louve could have ever done this to me. A small voice in my head whispers are you sure about that?

Summary
“We just need to hope that we’ll have the most amount of time together, ok? With our sons.” James said, trying to reassure Lily.
He gazed at Harry, his little bundle of joy. He wouldn’t be able to stand it if anything happened to him, their oldest child, their first-born son. And Will, who was curious about everything that he sees and is so, so talkative. He would die so that both of them would live. Or so that he wouldn’t live in a world where they were both weren’t in it.
Which one of you is the prophecy talking about… He thought desperately, the reason that they were locked up and caged, cowing in fear for their lives. They didn’t know and wasn’t that horrible? It might not be one of his kids, it could be referring to the Longbottom’s kid, Neville, instead…
——
There are three children the prophecy could be referring to: Neville Longbottom, Harry Potter and Will Potter

Summary
“That song that I just sang, that’s our special song, ok?” His mother said, breaking the comfortable silence that had fallen over them after she had finished singing and they moved around.
“Our song?” He questioned. “What does that mean?”
“It means that it is a song only for the two of us, nobody will ever hear it other than us.” She confirmed. “I won’t sing it to anybody else, ever. Not even your little sister.”

Summary
He opens his eyes in the dim light. The sun hasn’t risen yet, but Sejanus is kneeling at his bedside, his wide brown eyes urgent and imploring. A muddied mix of affection and annoyance washes over him. Can’t Sejanus let him sleep for a few more minutes? Doesn’t he know Coriolanus hasn’t been sleeping well?
“Coryo, you have to go now. Lucy Gray is waiting for you.”
It all comes rushing back to him. The jabberjay. The confession. The guns. The murders. Lucy Gray, their plan to run away. The hanging tree — the hanging — Sejanus.
Sejanus.
Coriolanus killed his best friend. Sejanus haunts him until the day he dies.

““Batman. Batsy. Bats. Babe. I need you to stop being a paranoid little freak and take the goddamn pills. Or I’m gonna have to shoot you, and I really don’t want to do that. And I will— shoot you, that is. Only, I won’t shoot-to-kill you. I’ll just watch you bleed out; the place could use some color anyway. So take the fuckin’ Vicodin.”
Bruce took the Vicodin.”

Summary
Summary: Bruce has a conference call with Wayne Enterprises. Having it at the Manor was, in hindsight, a really shitty idea.
“I don’t have your phone!”
The two boys began trading hits, yelling at the top of their lungs. Bruce turned back to the webcam just as Damian leapt on top of Tim’s back, a high-pitched battle cry torn from his lips.
“Mr. Hodges,” he said cheerfully, unflinching as Tim threw Damian into the wet bar sink. “Have you had a chance to examine the chart I pointed out?”

Summary
On the morning of my fortieth birthday, I wake up shivering against the morning dew, curled up like a baby on the gray rock of Lenore Dove’s gravestone. I don’t often find myself this far into the woods anymore – torn between my desperation to forget and my need to remember – but when I do, it’s under the haze of rotgut, which has an uncanny ability to draw out the deepest hurts and shove them back into my face once I return to consciousness. Often, I won’t know what pain is haunting me during the daylight hours until I wake up the next morning on Louella’s old doorstep, or the meadow where Lenore Dove raised her geese, or the vacant lot where the Abernathy house used to be. I’m a recluse in the day, only to become a wandering ghost in the night, haunted by the past I’m unable to forget.
OR
My take on an epilogue before the epilogue in Sunrise on the Reaping - Haymitch's perspective of witnessing the Reaping for the 74th Hunger Games.
For those who just finished the book and wanted a bit more of interaction between Haymitch, Katniss, and Peeta: this one's for you. ❤️
