Summary
Phainon's skin has turned ashen, much like the dull grey of a weathered marble statue. Fractures split across his face, unusual cracks spidering outwards like shattered porcelain. An otherworldly, galactic glow bleeds through the fissures beneath the wounds, spilling most vividly along his cheek and his left eye, and the largest wound near his head burns a violet fire that flickers and pulses dimly.
“Deliverer,” Mydei says carefully, but Phainon flinches as if Mydei had just said something vile to him instead. “This is what you meant by waiting until it goes back to normal?”
An unexpected mishap reverts Phainon's form into that of the Flame Reaver. It's Mydei's job to show the prisoner of flames that he is still very much loved.

He picks up the call while he's at it. “Mydei!” He squawks in greeting, face flushed. He doesn't know if it's from the running or the reminder of Mydei's scandalous photos. “What was—”
“Deliverer,” Mydei cuts him off with a sultry but desperate-sounding drawl, but what really makes Phainon’s thoughts turn to static is the wet squelching noises in the background. “Are you—hah—still having that meeting?”
Or, Mydei wants to film a sex tape while he's pregnant.

Summary
There's light splashes against the ground indicating approaching footsteps, and Sakura, still teetering on the borders between life and death, musters up the last vestiges of his strength to blink up hazily.
It's a man dressed in all black, holding an umbrella over his head. Sakura can't see his face clearly, but he blearily spots what seem like golden tassel earrings dangling from the man's ears.
“You poor thing,” the man says with a tone of pity, practically cooing.
When Sakura is dying, someone pulls him away from the edge of death.

Phainon stared at Eleni's face, and already knew he would do anything for her.
“Don't worry,” he promised Mydei, “We'll take care of her. We'll give her the best life we can.”
Or, Phainon and Mydei are blessed with a daughter. She exists in some cycles. She doesn't in others.

“Speaking of you two, how did you even start dating?” Cipher asked, peering at him curiously, “I can't imagine how the little nerd asked you out on a date. Enlighten us.”
“I was the one who asked him out, actually,” Mydei answered. Phainon was too dense to make the first move, after all.
All three pairs of eyes at the table stared at him. Clearly, they seemed to have thought the opposite.
Mydei's boyfriend is a total nerd and a beast in bed. Who said one can't be both?

A lucky opportunity had him brushing shoulders with an old bandmate from Mydei's early career days, and perhaps, if he was even luckier, the man of the hour himself. And so, Phainon hatched a semi-professional plan of working his way into his Idol's good graces.
What Phainon's plan, namely, did *not* involve was punching said Idol's million-dollar face to save his boss from a PR disaster. Nor did he expect it to work.

“You,” Mydei said darkly, pointing an accusatory finger. “You’re supposed to be a part of Phainon now. Both of you.”
“I deeply apologize for the inconvenience, Mydeimos.” Khaslana said, placing a hand on his scarred and bloody chest. If the Flame Reaver had the energy to talk, Mydei thought he might have apologized as well. Instead, he merely breathed heavily in his general direction.
“And you!” Mydei whirled around. “You’re supposed to be dead! We got rid of you!”
“You cannot kill me in any way that matters.” Irontomb smiled meanly.
Beside him, Mydei watched Phainon bury his head into his hands.
Or, after a mishap with crystallized memoria, Mydei is asked and/or forced to watch over 4 different versions of Phainon until a solution can be found.
