Summary
“I command you to protect me,” Reo said, chin tilted up as he stood barefoot on the stone steps of the gazebo. A tiara sat slightly crooked in his violet hair. “Forever.”
Nagi blinked. He was holding a wooden stick Reo insisted was a sword. “Okay,” he mumbled.
But Reo marched down the steps, grabbed the hem of his own silken tunic—too nice to be playing in—and walked right up to Nagi until they were almost nose to nose.
“I’ll be with you forever too,” he whispered, like it was a secret just for Nagi to keep.

Summary
“Please don’t slam the books.” A stern voice cuts through the stillness.
Phainon jumps in fright, clutching at his chest to will his heartbeat to slow as he turns to face the person who interrupted his brooding. As soon as he takes in what’s before him, he forgets how to think.
A man stands across from him, arms folded neatly across his chest, watching him behind a pair of simple black frames that suggest he’s already written Phainon off as a lost cause. He’s sharp and poised, biceps bulging even beneath his loose-fitting jumper, and the worn edges of the neckline leave a sliver of his clavicle on display that Phainon can’t seem to look away from.

Summary
Mydei's voice resounds from the headphones he's wearing, singing a song that everyone else has heard and adored. Phainon hates how lovely it is, how everyone fawns over how magnificent Mydeimos is as if they get to love him like he does. He knows it's his fault. That doesn't mean he can't regret his decision from time to time.
Everyone knows the story of Hades and Persephone, and, no, he and Mydei are nothing like that. Phainon doesn't bind Mydei to a promise of coming home. If Mydei returns to him, it'll be because he wants to and not because Phainon tricked him into eating pomegranate seeds despite Mydei's fondness for them. The abduction part, however, is the closest thing they have to this story, truth to be told.
in which phainon is the self-proclaimed modern day prometheus and mydeimos is the songbird he gifts to the world.

Summary
Everyone had their fair share of secrets, some more so than others.
Mydei knew this better than most. To his colleagues and to anyone else he came across daily, he was simply the solemn one. He never said anything more than what was asked of him and he never lingered long enough to befriend anyone else. No man was an island, but Mydei came close to being one.
But alone, in the solitary privacy of his own room every Thursday and Sunday night, he harbored one little secret that he would never deign to reveal to anyone else.

Summary
When you cast obedient dogs a bone, they snatch it and waddle back over wearing that stupidly proud expression on their naive, doe-eyed faces. Once the pest returns, you scatter treats for them to run around and sweep up, or reward them with a few measly pats on the head. Rinse and repeat; it was nothing that hadn't been attempted before.
When Kaiser shooed the midfielder away, he had full intentions for his loyal mutt to return once the idiot’s head cooled.
Eventually, the striker slipped a dry chuckle.
"And you didn't bother telling me until now." Kaiser's empty gaze dropped to the middle of his steering wheel where the striker's Rolls-Royce was embedded. He had just been out walking, believe it or not. Kaiser shivered in his car, and he shuffled his feet in the cramped compartment where the brake and gas pedals lay. "When did you get engaged, Ness?"

"I wasn't messin' around. I meant what I said. I like ya."
Otoya waves a hand over his body. "Um, hello? I'm a guy."
"Yeah."
"You said you weren't gay."
"I've never fallen fer a guy before."
---
Who would have thought Karasu- Otoya's crabby, aloof, older coworker- had a thing for him? Not Otoya, at least not until he confesses to him one day. He gets rejected, of course, because Otoya isn't gay. Only, it turns out Karasu isn't either, so now he's left to wonder- what are two not-gay guys, one of whom had definitely asked the other yes-homo out on a date, supposed to do now?

Itoshi Sae was a boring person. He didn’t go out much or have too many friends, his boyfriend was a little annoying, but it wasn’t that bad. His relationship with his brother had improved a lot after they both stopped being stubborn and talked.
All in all, Sae had a nice, boring life, and he was just fine with it. So how the hell did he end up hiding behind some bushes in front of a cute little café, watching his younger brother and his brand-new boyfriend go on a date.
Oh, Isagi, you poor bastard.
