Despite working the late shift in that skeevy little supermarket on the rougher end of town, Minho had somehow never been robbed before. You’ll forgive him for not being too familiar with the process.
As he looked up at the man, or moreso the gun in front of the man, Minho was already anticipating the robber’s demands. "Open the register," sure. "Go to the back," whatever. "Hand over the Marlboro Reds," gross choice, but here.
What he certainly didn’t anticipate, was the fact that the robber looked far more scared than Minho did, despite being on the advantageous end of a presumably-loaded pistol.

One day he decides to check out the new shops in a nearby location, which ends up looking like the perfect place for him to get murdered at so he decides its best to not go back there, but out of pure curiosity gives the bar just by that area a shot to see if their drinks are any good, just this once. And he vows to never come back again after this. Until one of the bartenders come to him instead. He squirms beneath the gaze travelling across his figure and adverts his eyes, only to jump in place when the gum snaps loud enough to echo throughout the store. Rightfully startled, his attention swivels forward, where Pretty Guy pushes himself up with a heavy sigh and reaches for the scanner beside him.
Yunho’s frightened into staring at his shoes instead of further testing his luck. He’s so focused on chewing the skin of his cheeks and trying to pick at the fruit sticker stuck to the edge of the counter that the question jolts him out of it when it’s asked, accusatory and, frankly, rude.
“Do you even eat real food? And can’t you use a basket for once?”
yunho is a regular at the convenience store near his office. he thinks their night shift worker is a bit . . . unsettling.
