Amidst owning a supply store in a city run by a mob and trying (and not quite succeeding) to keep up with all the other responsibilities which came with being in possession of hundreds of thousands of ancient magical artifacts which he had accumulated over his long life - yes he did still have that book he'd stolen from the Bookman Anuls, no he had no intentions of giving it back anytime soon - Tyki could probably manage to teach Allen a spell, figure out what the fuck is going on with his magic, and maybe get a kiss thrown into the bargain.
