Summary
Atticus Scamander, son of Newt and Tina Scamander, was content with his life. He was a sought-after barrister and partner in Bones, Scamander, and Tonks. He had a successful career, a strong network of friends, and a loving family. He had more to accomplish, but those things would come with work and time. Little did he know that the simple act of sharing a biscuit would bring about a dear friendship and a lot more trouble than his heart could imagine.
Charles Weasley, son of Arthur and Molly Weasley, was on his way up in the world. Sure he fancied dragons more than girls, but they were dragons for Merlin's sake it wasn't exactly a contest. Anyway, his best friend was enough of a heroine for a battalion of men. She even had access to some of the best legal minds in Britian for those times when her Auror skills couldn't save the day. So why was he tongue-tied and blushing around a man old enough to be his father and completely oblivious to his Weasley charm?

Stories within stories, one spiraling out of another. We don't get here in a straight line but through the web of stories that we tell ourselves and each other. Prof. Beatrice Graves tried to remember that at the start of every semester, she was a teacher true but she was a shaman and a storyteller first. Get them to believe the real story, get them to question the old stories, get them to create their own stories, and maybe, just maybe things could change.
As the class filtered in through the doors, she wrote on the main board in an ornate but clear cursive: MAG 702 Being Studies II – Shapeshifters -Werewolves, Veelas, Selkies, Metamorphmagi, & Animagi.

Summary
It's been years since the Hargreeves siblings have spoken to one another, but on their twenty-third birthday they manage to cross paths with each other a whole lot anyway. A canon-compliant (through the first season) prequel fic in the form of a flashback episode script.
I was an assistant who worked on The Umbrella Academy S1 on the writing side. After we wrapped I took my unused pitches, wrote a spec script, and uploaded it here after the show was released. A few months later, my script was a 2019 Austin Film Festival Semifinalist in the Drama Teleplay Spec category. I hope it tides you over til next season!

Summary
When Five tried to travel to the future, he miscalculated. Instead of traveling through time, he just went through space, halfway across the country. Exhausted and unable to jump home, a road tripping family took pity on him and brought him back. That family made him realize two things.
1. He missed his siblings, and he cared for them more than he thought.
2. Real fathers don't act like theirs.That changes things.
And it's out there, on his own, that he learns the meaning of shifting.
