Summary
In a galaxy where the Force has crafted soulmates for the people who live in it, there are also sacred guides that appear to guide two lost souls together to seal their soul bond with a fated kiss.
Unfortunately, the guides are also loud, feathered, and will bite you. The guiding experience is not particularly pleasant.
Anakin and Padmé's mornings both become much more exciting when they each wake up to pairs of horrible geese hell-bent on leading them to their soulmates. Obi Wan's already been kidnapped for a couple of days, so two geese manifesting in his cell isn't as big a deal.

A goose ran in front of his board, and he didn’t have enough time to process the blur of running goose to stop himself from running it over.
Both the goose and Reki fell, but the goose quickly got up and started running in circles around Reki. (Taunting him? Was a goose making fun of Reki for falling?)

There’s an amused lilt to the host’s voice which made Adam feel irrational in the best ways, his tired ribcage closing in on itself like moth wings. He lays his phone on the floor and presses his ear to the receiver, as if that allowed him to hear the host clearer, hear him closer, enveloping himself in that soft tone.
“You’re one to talk, you’re awake too”
“You must be new on this show, we never sleep during the witching hour”
(Adam accidentally tunes into a mythology and paranormal radio show at 3 am, he also accidentally falls in love with the voice behind it)

As graduation approached, Ronan’s ambitious, driven, and persistent boyfriend was trying to burn the candle at both ends. Adam was trying to stay on top of his school work, maintain his hours at the library, apply for post-graduate jobs, and be a good boyfriend. Ronan was actively trying to convince Adam to cut down on one of those commitments.
His job at the library, obviously. Ronan didn’t want Adam to cut down on his commitment to being a good boyfriend. Ronan wanted the best for Adam, but he wasn’t selfless.

Ronan watched Adam listen, his eyes slipping closed for a few moments. He knew that Adam did that to better hear the lyrics, his brain trying to block out any extraneous stimuli as he processed the words. He took this time to look his fill, trying to commit the constellations of freckles across Adam’s nose to memory.
Adam opened his eyes, turning to Ronan to already find Ronan looking back. As much as he tried, Ronan was not good about being sneaky with is glances. At this point, he had been caught so many times, that he didn’t even really try to hide it anymore. Adam said something, his lips looking like they had formed Ronan’s name.
Ronan had dreamed of Adam saying his name so often, that he was sure he could read that one word from Adam’s lips.

And then Helen found Orla. And then Helen found the Dragons. And then Helen abdicated the throne to pursue both, leaving the kingdom and all it's responsibilities on Gansey's shoulders.
Gansey had his whole life figured out. It'd only taken one month for it to crumble around him. Now he has a kingdom, a shaken alliance with the neighboring kingdom and his betrothed, a Necromancer intent on using his life to complete an decades old ritual, and whispers of a haunting in his palace.
Gansey has two weeks to fix it.
