Summary
There were two options, as he saw it. The first option: he was freaking out over nothing. Luka had shut up for any number of reasons, ranging from something completely unrelated to not wanting to make Adrien uncomfortable with what he had been about to say. If this was true then Luka would resolve the tension on his own any second now with a mild smile, maybe a small joke at his social faux pas, and the planet could resume spinning.
The second option; Luka had been about to say ‘But you saved me’, which meant he knew he was Chat Noir, in which case he was fucked.

He blinked. The click-snap-click-snap of her blaster rang loudly over the cargo bay. “We’ve talked,” he hedged. Even he could hear the hesitance in his voice.
A red heat rustled through the Force. He heard her take a breath, the way she did when she was suppressing a scoff. “Kanan, a couple words in the hallway doesn’t count. It’s been months since Malachor–”
“So what,” he interrupted, shoulders rising. “I should get over it by now? Has my grace period run out? I’m not wearing this mask for aesthetics, Sabine.”
(Or, during Steps into Shadow Sabine gives Kanan a much needed wake up call.)

Summary
He was standing in front of a cave, although not like the caves he’d seen on any other missions. This one was narrow, made of some kind of dark glassy stone and oddly verdant. Moss and leafy vines clung to the inner walls, the air moist and heady with the dark smell of soil. He had a memory from when he was young, when his parents were still around and he would go play with the neighbor’s children. They’d had a lothdog that liked to jump, pressing its paws onto his shoulders and showering him with kisses and hot, animal breath. This cave reminded him of that. Something living.
And standing just inside of its mouth was Kanan.
(Or, the Dark Side tempts Ezra in the temple during Shroud of Darkness.)

“Miles Morales?” The Peter who’d spoken first interrupted. The name sent a change over the group, shoulders rising warily and gazes turning to the floor. The white suited Spider let out a quiet curse of what sounded like amazement.
“...Yes, that’s him. Have you met?” For a dizzying instant Pavitr swore he felt his spider sense twitch, a pulse of dangerdangerdanger in his hindbrain.
The maroon Spider spoke up again, one masked eye squinted like Pavitr was slow. “Dude, Miles Morales is the anomaly. Miguel’s out trying to get him back in containment himself.”
