Summary
Now a librarian, Blue Moon Milk Cookie (formerly Shadow Milk Cookie) spends his days within the archives of the Vanilla Kingdom organizing scrolls and researching old texts. Favorited by Pure Vanilla and the kingdom's citizens alike, things couldn't be better for Blue Moon Milk.
However, when Pure Vanilla leaves to visit Beast-Yeast for a week, he comes back to everything where it should be, except for Blue Moon Milk.
Elsewhere, much, much later, the Fount of Knowledge opens his eyes to the warm smile of the Bringer of Happiness.

If this man—this man who bought her a jetpack as a child, and kind of taught her how to drive, and never hesitated to cut down any interviewer who said the slightest thing inappropriate about her—dies after she yelled at him on the phone and abandoned him in jail, Noodle will never forgive him. Or herself."
Shortly after the release of Cracker Island, the band's good times are derailed by a medical mystery. Murdoc has an existential crisis, Noodle takes it upon herself to save her sort-of parental figure, Russel tries to keep the peace...and 2D realizes it's time to adult.
