Midoriya Izuku has an older brother, who was both mysteriously charming and a completely idiotic genius. He's always been supportive of Izuku and his interests, but after the USJ he changed, withdrawing and acting strangely. As a UA student balancing his studies as a hero, being quirkless, and questioning everything he ever knew thanks to a ridiculous school project, he doesn't have the time to handle this. He does so anyway, because he loves his brother. Even if he's being kind of an idiot.

I've read like pretty much every fic under the 'The Mechanisms Were Jonathan 'Jon' Sims | The Archivist's College | University Band' and it always bothered me that the sibling relationship with Nastya and Jonny that's everywhere in mech fics isn't carried over.
So I wrote it myself (You know you're desperate when you have to write it yourself)
