Sherlock Holmes’ little sister is a bit less unscathed after the match factory fiasco than he would have hoped. Perhaps a lot less unscathed.
Which is why he covers his blasted bleeding shoulder with barely a grimace and sets to tending her wounds, and those of that boy who is so enamoured with her.
Enola needs him, and Sherlock is determined not to let her down again. He has much to make up for, and bleeding out in front of her would certainly count as letting her down. So, he’s decided he won’t do that.
Unfortunately, his circulatory system has other plans.
