Summary
Children who develop magical abilities do so at the age of 15. They are enrolled into the academy and stay there until their magical abilities have developed completely after the age of 25 and afterwards work for the magic industry with jobs such as fighting crime when needed, becoming a professor at the magic academy (or both), etc.
Barely any students leave earlier than 25 because no one is strong enough yet but there still have been a few in the years. Cheng Xiaoshi and Lu Guang are one of the strongest there and are two of the very few who get double abilities. There are also premature students who developed their powers earlier than the age of 15 and enrolled into the academy already such as Cheng Xiaoshi.
This is the start of their story.
