Dick smiled at him, and whispered: “We’ll figure it out together, yeah?”
Jason froze, heart beginning to hammer in his chest. Jason wasn’t entirely sure what they would be doing, but he knew it would involve taking his pants off, and surely that’s not something brothers were supposed to do together, right? That just... doesn’t sound right. But Jason’s never had a brother before. How should he know? Jason also didn’t know how touching himself worked, and Dick apparently didn’t know either, so maybe this was just how they would bond as brothers. Learn something new together and grow closer in the process.
Jason squeaked out a little “okay”, but Dick hadn’t waited for it, already shuffling closer to him on the bed before Jason could make a sound.-
Dick convinces Jason to let him touch his pussy, for the purpose of learning about his anatomy together, of course. Jason doesn't exactly like it, but he trusts his older brother.
EDIT: Chapter 2 is an alternate ending, where Bruce walks in and Jason gets a hug.

Summary
Despite seeming like quite the cynic, Alfred is rather fond of Christmas. He appreciates traditions and finds joy in decorating for the holiday. However, the tradition of a family celebrating all together is quite the challenge in the Wayne manor, where people come and go, whether by choice or not, so Christmas has taken many different forms in the manor over the years.

Chapter 1: Martha and Thomas appreciate Alfred, and Bruce is a tiny tot.

“I have done a lot of thinking, and I have recently come to realize I may be transgender,” Damian said tensely, all in one go, “I wish to be a woman.”
A girl, Bruce corrected in his head, but did not say out loud, knowing how Damian felt about being treated like a child. But the boy was too young to be considered a man, let alone a woman.
Wait, what did Damian just say?-
Damian comes out to Bruce as a trans girl, and while Bruce's initial reaction is confusion and denial, he comes to accept that this is important to Damian, and just as Bruce has loved Damian as his son, he will love her as his daughter.

Alfred heaved an uncharacteristically weary sigh before asking, “And what are you proposing we undertake to do so, Master Bruce?”
Bruce bit down hard once more on his lip, until the iron taste of blood began to fill his mouth. He was not scared. He could not afford to be scared.
“I want you to fire a gun at me.”
