    Summary

“I wish you had gone to juvie.”

There was one of those automated clap-tracks on the television as another contestant got the question correct. Gallagher’s eyes were dark as the blue lights of the television screen threw weird shadows onto his face. Mickey wished, almost idly, that there was more lighting in the Milkovich household, if just so that Gallagher didn’t look so ominous. He picked up the remote and muted the TV.

A canon-divergent story from 1x09, in which Tony Markovich suspected foul play and coerced an unwilling Mickey Milkovich into revealing the truth about Kash Karib.

    Bookmarker's Notes

...I have no words. This is the best fic I've read in a WHILE, I was so invested and obsessed from start to finish. It's one of those fics I wish I could print and put on my shelf. I laughed, cried, hyperventilated, squealed, and experienced every single emotion while reading this story. It was just SO well written and realistic to the show and what could have happened.

When Mickey gets shot by Kash, he gets coerced by Tony into telling him what *really* happened. Everything changes from there.

The relationship between Mickey and his brothers was phenomenal. I loved Colin and Iggy so so much and they constantly had me cracking up, the doofs!! Their mother freaked me out and I felt bad for her but I also hated her so much. Fiona and Lip and their disdain for Mickey was annoying yet very in character and realistic, especially under the circumstances, and the development between Ian's family and Mickey was worth it. Ian annoyed me at times but every choice he made and the things he said and believed made perfect sense for someone healing from the trauma he experienced and it was done so well. I loved his puppy dogishness and his sass and how stubborn he was, he was so Ian <3 Strickland's character was AMAZING, I loved him and where the story took him was so fitting and I will always love him for being the father Mickey needed.

And Mickey, oh Mickey. The way he was portrayed was just beautiful. His development was amazing. How the lines really did help him, how they came so full circle with him shoving them in Terry's face!! He's gay!! He's a good man!! He loves himself!! His panic attacks were so realistic and his trauma was dealt with so well and true to his character. GODDD,.the toaster scene and Mickey and Ethel??? CHRISTMAS???? My heart was pounding and I was hyperventilating and it was so compelling!!! I can gush so so hard over this fic but it was really just one of the best of the best. I am CRYING

    Summary

“You made an exception for me,” is what Dean says to him that day.

Angels do not make exceptions, of course. What scares Castiel is that Dean is right.

“…You’re different,” is his only reply before he leaves. It’s true, at least. It’s true enough to terrify him.

From the moment Castiel raised Dean from Hell, Castiel began to fall. Dean is a miracle and a natural disaster, and perhaps those two things aren't so different. His soul is the most beautiful thing Castiel has ever seen.

Or, seasons 4 and 5 as told by Castiel.

Seasons 4 & 5 in Cas' point of view. Very poetic, beautiful, AMAZING Cas character study and all the characters were very in character. The slow progression of Cas falling in every way imaginable for Dean, and how he changes from Castiel, Soldier of Heaven, to Cas, guardian and close friend of the Winchesters.

Taking place directly after 15x18, this script formatted fanfic in a five episode arc gave us the ending the characters and all of us deserved. TRULY EPIC, the plot was so amazing and creative I was absolutely blown away. Start to finish I was so invested and on the edge of my seat to find out what would happen next. This fic really has everything and everyone, no stone left unturned. It also includes Dean/Cas, Sam/Eileen, and a lovely touch of Adam/Michael. This is my canon of the last few episodes of the show. (and really helps me cope and heal from the now non-canon ending of the show)

    Bookmarker's Notes

WOAH. I have NO IDEA why I didn't read this when I first heard about it 2 years ago. This is one of the best fics I've ever read for any fandom, one of those rare stories I wish I had the resources and money to turn into a physical copy. Everything about this was brilliant from start to finish. The characterization of every character and the dynamic between characters was perfect, the inner conflict within Zuko is as amazing as in the show itself, the plot was so compelling from start to finish, and ZUKKA !!! When Zuko and Iroh are living in Ba Sing Se Zuko becomes the Blue Spirit once more along with other "Blue Spirits" including Jet to stop some of the corruption within. This leads to run ins with Sokka where a bunch of insane and unlucky accidents occur that leads Sokka to believe that Zuko, under the Blue Spirit mask, is someone Sokka used to know and who he looked up to in the Water Tribe. They start falling for each other anyways while Zuko digs himself into deeper and deeper holes as the story goes on. The fight with Azula towards the end was INSANE and I was SCREAMING during that whole sequence and of course the aftermath of it. The scene where Iroh finds out Zuko is gay and Zuko thinks he's going to lose Iroh was one of the best scenes of the story and Iroh's adjustment to Zuko's sexuality and the scenes where he talks to Zuko about Sokka and about being gay/the teasing were some of my favorite moments. This is a must read for any Zukka shippers and Zuko fans, just so beautifully done and even touches on things that the show itself doesn't.
