Chantilly cream mixed with a small portion of lightly salted mascarpone. Decorated with candied strawberries and chocolate syrup smudged line-designs. Now though, Celine takes another look at the baked good. No portions cut, it is less than perfect from being roughly carried, with the cream layers having steadily melted throughout the day.
